JOE PUGLIA

Joe has been involved in the fire/emergency management industry for almost 30 years. Before retiring from a career with the Calgary Fire Department, Joe was responsible for managing the design, implementation and training of the largest IT project ever undertaken at the department. The system would bring the fire department into a new era in terms of enhanced emergency response and reporting. After retiring, Joe joined Caliber Planning as training manager, where he was responsible for emergency management training for their wide range of clients.

Joe also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and worked for Gulf Canada Resources in their Heavy Oil, as well as the Royal Bank of Canada where he worked in their Global Energy and Minerals group.
