Tanya Paziuk joined Behr after a distinguished career with the Calgary Police Service, where she led the Air Support Unit (HAWCS). Her leadership experience, managing personnel, budgets, and partnerships with agencies like Transport Canada, has given her a strong foundation in communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution. As a District Sergeant and Detective, Tanya engaged with diverse communities, often in high-pressure situations, fostering trust and resolving sensitive issues. These skills, combined with her experience in managing critical incidents, make her highly effective at leading public consultations for oil and gas clients, ensuring transparent dialogue and addressing stakeholder concerns.
