Todd has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 1979.

He has worked in an engineering capacity for major oil and gas companies, independent private oil and gas companies and the consulting industry.

He provides a unique combination of expertise that combines engineering and operations knowledge with hazard assessment and emergency response planning and training.

Todd has actively participated on committees that have helped develop industry standards.

He has presented courses on well servicing blowout prevention, drilling recommended practices and H2S release rate assessments.

Todd has also provided expert witness testimony at regulatory hearings.
